Gewürze: Salz, Pfeffer, Nelken, Lorbeerblatt, Essig, etwas Zucker, Mehl und Blut

Das Fleisch wird mit den Gewürzen gar gekocht. Je nach Menge wird Mehl mit Blut angerührt und in die Suppe gegeben. Nochmals aufkochen lassen und abschmecken.

It´s a typically Westphalian dish after a pig had been slaughtered
Pepper Pig (blood soup)
Ingredients: 1 pound (= 500 g) small kidney and liver meat
Spices: salt, pepper, cloves, bay leaf, vinegar, a little sugar, flour and blood

The meat is well cooked with the spices. Depending on the amount of flour is mixed with blood and added to the soup. Bring to a boil and season again.
