Milch

Salz und pfeffer

Tunke:
Speck in Würfel schneiden und ausbraten. Zwiebeln und Mehl hellgelb schwitzen. Die Mehlschwitze mit Milch auffüllen und mit Essig,Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken. Die Kartoffeln dazu geben und vorsichtig mischen.

Warm potato salad
Cooked, sliced potatoes
Bacon
Onions
Flour
Milk
Vinegar
Salt and pepper

Sauce:
Cut the bacon into cubes and fry. Sweat bright yellow onions and flour. Fill the roux with milk and season to taste with vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the potatoes and mix gently.
