Ingredients:  
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup light brown sugar
3 cups pecan pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white until stiff. Add salt, soda, sugar and mix well. Add pecan pieces and fold until coated. Spoon 1 heaping teaspoon of mixture onto slightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until light brown. Let stand and cool before removing from cookie sheet. Store in airtight container. May be frozen.
