1 (26 oz.) can Hunts Tomatoe Sauce
1 (26 oz.) can Progresso Tomatoe Puree
1 (26 oz.) can Red Pack Tomatoe Puree
1 Large can Contadina Tomatoe Paste
Water
2-3 garlic cloves
small onion, (chopped)
olive oil
2-3 Basil leaves
1 stick pepperoni (cut into 1 inch pieces)
salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onion and garlic in olive oil till lightly browned or transparent. Add tomatoe cans, and enough water to make to your desired consistency. Add salt, pepper, basil leaves and pepperoni pieces.
Simmer for approx. 1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently.

Optional: Add 6 browned sausages to pot.
