Directions:

English Translation:
German beefsteak

500 g of minced meat
1 onion
Salt and pepper
1 egg
1 tablespoon collecting crumbs
40 g margarine

Mix the minced meat, the grated onion, salt, pepper, egg and breadcrumbs. Form small round cakes and in hot fat until crispy on both sides. As a side dish mashed potatoes and vegetables of every kind enough.

Who else loves the German beefsteak inside something raw, but takes pure ground beef (steak tartare), no egg, for 100 g of meat 1 tablespoon water. Season with salt and pepper, form round cakes and do not fry too long in very hot fat.
