500 g Möhren
125 g Suppenudeln

Rindfleisch und Markknochen abspülen. In Salzwasser aufsetzen, zum Kochen bringen, abschäumen und
Zugedeckt bei mittlerer Hitze 1 Stunde kochen lassen.

Möhren waschen, schaben und in Stifte schneiden, 25 minuten vor Ende der Garzeit zu dem Rindfleisch geben.

15 Minuten vor Ende der Garzeit die Nudeln hinzufügen, das Rindfleisch aus der Brühe nehmen und in Würfel schneiden. Wieder in die Brühe abschmekken und mit gehackter Petersilie bestreuen.
