Marinade:
½ tasse Kräuteressig
½ tasse öl
½ tasse Zucker
1 teelöffel Salz
1 teelöffel Senf
Pfeffer
Evtl gekörnte Brühe

Zubereitung:
Den weisskohl feinschneiden. Die Zutaten für die Marinade in einen Topf geben und aufkochen lassen. Die Sauce über den Salat Giessen, durchmischen und mindestens 4 Std ziehen lassen.

(Der Salat halt sich mindestens eine Woche in Kühlschrank.)

White Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:
1 small head cabbage

marinade:
½ cup herb vinegar
½ cup oil
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mustard
pepper
Possibly granulated broth

Preparation:
Shred the white cabbage finely. Add the ingredients for the marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour the sauce over the salad, mix well and leave for at least 4 hours.

(The salad will hold at least a week in refrigerator.)
