Rohe Schnitzel in gefettete Auflaufform schichten und zwiebel suppe dazwischen streuen. Sahne and Pilze darübergiessen. Währen der letzten halben Stunde des Backens den Deckel abnehmen, um den Bräunungsgrad zu erreichen.
1 ½ bis 2 Std. bei 200◦ C abgedeckt im Backofen garen.

Abwandlung:
Anstatt fertiger Zwiebel suppe frische Zwiebel ringe nehmen, dafür die Schnitzel eine Nacht den Zwiebel ringen
Bedecken.

English Translation:
Schnitzel casserole (quite quick)

Ingredients:
8 cutlets
1 bag ready-onion soup
2 cups cream
1 jar mushrooms

Preparation:
Layer raw schnitzel in greased baking dish and sprinkle onion soup between layers. Pour in cream and mushrooms. During the last half hour of baking remove the cover in order to achieve the degree of browning.
1 ½ to 2 hours at 200 ◦ C cook covered in the oven.

Derivative:
Instead finished onion soup take fresh onion rings, and cover the schnitzel the onion rings for one night.
