Ingredients:	Ingredients: Cake: 1 c. sugar 2 c. sifted flour 2 tsp. soda 1/4 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. cocoa 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. cold water 1 tsp. vanilla Icing: 1/4 c. butter or margarine 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 squares chocolate 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 1 2/3 c. powdered sugar

Directions:	Directions: Cake: Combine sugar, flour, soda, salt, and cocoa together. Mix well. Add mayonnaise, water, and vanilla. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan. at 350º for 45 minutes Icing: Melt butter and chocolate together. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Add egg and beat well. Add powdered sugar and mix to spreading consistency. Ice cake while warm.
