3 tablespoons butter
2 large Portobello mushrooms, sliced
1 (10 oz.) package fresh spinach
salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons dry red wine
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic in butter then add mushrooms. Cook mushrooms until tender.

Add spinach and red wine cook until spinach is wilted. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 minute. Stir in Parmesan cheese and serve.
