Ingredients:  
1 C sugar
2 T. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs well beaten
juice of one lemon
1 C pineapple juice
1 heaping tsp. butter
1 C heavy whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients, then add beaten eggs & juices. Put into heavy saucepan, cooking slowly & stirring until thick. Let mixture cool completely. Whip cream & fold into cooked mixture. Serve over fresh fruits.
This will keep about a week in refrigerator.
