9 pears, grated
1 C crushed pineapple (more if desired)

5 C sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from grated pears & pineapple,
& sugar, cook down slightly.
Add fruit & cook slowly till the consistency of marmalade.
Pour into sterile jars and seal.
