2 1/2 - 3 lbs whole chicken
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup grated onions
1 cup grated coconut
6 small hot peppers (more or less according to your tolerance)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken in half, sprinkle with salt. Place in a broiling pan and broil for 10 minutes. Turn chickens over and broil for 5 minutes more. Remove from pan and cool. Debone and chop into fine pieces.

Place chopped chicken in bowl and add all other ingredients except coconut. Mix well. Add coconut just before serving.
