2c self rising flour
1T sugar
1 1/2 c heavy cream
preheat oven to 500

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, stir the ingredients together until the dough forms into a ball. On a floured surface, fold the dough in 1/2 and knead a few times. Roll out dough to a 1/2 inch thickness and cut with a 3
inch biscuit cutter. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet (place so biscuits are just touching.) Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
