12 lasagna noodles
3 Tbsp butter
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tsp garlic, minced
3 Tbsp flour
2 1/2 cups Half & Half
1 cup grated Romano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb crab meat
1 lb shrimp, deveined
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Heat oven to 375ºF.

Spray a 13 x 10-inch pan with cooking spray.

Boil noodles for 10 minutes.

Melt butter and cook onions until soft. Add garlic, cook. Whisk in flour. Gradually add Half & Half let it thicken. Add cheese, stir well. Add salt and pepper. Add shrimp and crab and cook until pink, turn off heat.

Put sauce on bottom - 4 noodles - sauce - noodles. Cover last with sauce. Tuck in edges. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 20 - 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve.
