3 lbs. of hamburger meat
1 large onion
4 oz. chopped chilies
1 15 oz can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed
2 packages taco seasoning
12 oz of Tostitos corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet cook onion and hamburger meat. Get the pink out of meat, but not too cooked. Stir in taco seasoning. Drain off grease.

Now add soups and sauces. Stir well and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add the 4 oz. of chilies and season to personal taste.

In 9 x 13 pan layer chips, meat and cheese until all meat is used.

Heat in 350 degree oven until thoroughly hot and melted. Can be frozen IF there are leftovers.
