2 deep dish pie shells
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups butter milk
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
6 Tbsp. flour
5 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Place pie shells on a foil lined pan that holds two shells.

Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into pie shells. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes and then lower oven temperature to 350º.

Bake pies until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Cooking time varies depending on your oven, so check around 30 minutes and continue to cook until done in middle.

1/2 to 2/3 cup of shredded coconut can be added to one of the pies prior to baking if you don't want 2 pies that are the same.
