2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
one 1 1/4 oz package of taco seasoning
one 1 oz package of ranch dressing mix
1 can corn
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 can (from chicken broth) water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in large kettle and cook until no longer pink. Separate into small chunks.

Add all the remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered until heated thoroughly, stirring from time to time. Usually ready in 15 minutes.

Serve over tortilla chips or with cornbread.

Additional add ins can be cheese, peppers, and sour cream.

Can also be made in crock pot after beef is browned. Place all ingredients, stir, and cook on low for 3 - 4 hours.
