3 cups chopped, cooked turkey or chicken
18 six-inch corn tortillas
2 cups chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can (11 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 small can diced green chilies
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Heat over to 350º. Coat 9 x 13 dish with non-stick spray.

Cut tortillas into quarters. Place chicken broth in a large bowl, add tortillas and let soak 2 minutes. Remove to a plate and set aside. Into remaining broth add soups, tomatoes and green chilies. Mix together.

Layer 1/3 of tortillas in bottom of baking dish. follow by 1/3 of soup mixture and 1/2 of the chicken or turkey. Repeat layering process again and then top with remaining tortillas, sauce and top with cheese. Cover dish with foil.

Bake 40 minutes, then remove foil and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer until lightly brown.
