salt, black pepper,marjoram
1 lemon
1 tbl spoon olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
heat oil in the pan, add the carrots, salt and pepper.
lower the heat, cover the pan and let the carrots simmer 10-15 minutes.
when they almost soft uncover add the marjoram, fry them until gets a little brownish color. turn the heat off, squeeze the lemon on the top.
