1 lb boneless chicken black pepper
2 eggs beaten salt
1/2 c grated cheese red wine vinegar
2 sprigs parsley bread crumbs
garlic powder olive oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Slice chicken breast thin. Wash chicken breasts. Mix other ingredients together, then dip chicken, cover and leave in refrigerator overnight. Take chicken breasts out of egg mixture, dip in bread
crumbs. Make sure fry pan is hot with the olive oil heated. When oil sizzles, drop in cutlets. Cook until golden on both sides.
