3 lbs Plum tomatoes
3 stalks of Celery
2 medium Onions
1 Jalapeņo
2 T pure chili powder
2 t Kosher salt
1/2 t Black pepper
1 lb top Sirloin
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Pork Chops or pork steak
1/4 t cayenne
2 bottles of Shiner bock
1 c beef broth
2 t cumin
2 t oregano
2 t minced garlic

1- 14oz can of kidney beans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grill tomatoes on all sides til just charred. Grill onion, celery and jalapeņo until well marked. Process the tomatoes in food processor until smooth. Chop other veg. into 1/4 in pieces, combine with tomato puree in a large sauce pan.

Combine 1/2 chili powder, 1/2 salt and pepper in bowl. Season steak and chops, and grill until cooked. Cut into 1/4 inch pieces and add to tomato mixture. Cook ground beef, then drain off fat and add to tomato mixture. Add remaining spices, 1 bottle of Shiner.

Season with cumin and cayenne to taste.

Drink extra Shiner Bock.

Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 1 1/2 hours or more.

If you like beans, add 14 oz can 15 minutes before serving.
