Ingredients:  
2 8oz. Pkgs. Cream cheese
1/2 green pepper
2. Tablespoons chopped onion
1/2 Cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon salt
1 Large can crushed pineapple drained well
Shredded cheese of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. ( setting aside a few pecans)
Place some shredded cheese of your choice and the pecans that you set aside on some wax paper roll your cheese ball in the pecans and cheese mixture. Form into a ball and chill for 24 hours ( if possible). Serve with your choice of crackers.
