Good cooking apples (I prefer Galas)
1/2 c Sugar
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

TOPPING
1 c Flour
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter ice cold

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F
FILLING
Fill 8 in square pan with pared, cored and thinly sliced apples
Sprinkle the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg (I usually us half of this when the pan is half full and put the rest on top)

TOPPING
Cut these three ingredients. together just like a pie crust fine/med crumble
Put on top of filling and press down
Put in oven and bake for 1 hour
