6 cups flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup cooking oil (for basting roti)
2 and 3/4 cups water

See "Ground Peas/Dahl recipe" for the stuffing.

Directions:
Directions:
(Use Ground Dahl recipe for stuffing in roti.)

Mix all the ingredients (listed above) together to make the dough.
Use 1 tablespoon of oil to paste the dough after kneading.
(See instructions for Paratha Roti.)
Knead a few times. Break into small pieces. Roll into dough-balls.

Insert 2 tablespoons of dahl dry mix stuffing in each dough.
Close and set aside. Sprinkle with dry flour.

Let stand for 5 minutes. Roll flat on a floured board. Cook flat rolled round dough, in saucepan or Tawa pasting with butter or cooking oil. Flip a few times until cooked for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Serve hot or warm with curry dishes.
