• 4 oz. cream cheese (room Temperature)
• Ό cup sour cream
• Ό cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup parmesan cheese
• 1 cup pizza sauce
• Garlic bread, chip, crackers, or anything you want for dipping

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease bottom of 8 ½” Flameware Skillet (I used butter to grease Flameware and works great). In medium bowl mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ½ cup of the mozzarella, and Ό cup of parmesan cheese. Spread the mixture on the bottom of the Flameware. Spread sauce on top then cover with the remaining cheese. Finnish with pepperoni! (You can add other pizza toppings as well)

Bake for 20-25 min or until the sides are bubbling and cheese is melted and lightly brown. Don’t forget to warm your garlic bread for dipping!

This recipe is great for 2-4 people and fits perfectly in the 8 ½” Flameware Skillet. You can easily double the recipe for more friends and use the Flameware Braiser or 11” Flameware Skillet.
