3 egg whites
20 Ritz crackers
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
Directions:
Roll crackers and crush finely or crush in blender. Beat egg whites until very stiff and add sugar slowly. Add baking powder, then crackers, nuts, and vanilla. Turn into a well-buttered 9 or 10 inch pie plate and bake at 30 degrees for 20-25 minutes. This requires no crust.
