¼ cup confectioner’s sugar
½ cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 ½ cups sugar
3 ½ tablespoons baking cocoa
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

preheat oven to 350º

Combine the flour, confectioner’s sugar and ½ cup butter in a bowl and mix well. Press over the bottom of a greased 8x8-inch baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes.

Combine the sugar, baking cocoa and salt in a bowl. Add the eggs, ¼ cup butter, evaporated milk and vanilla and mix well. Spread over the warm baked layer. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes longer, or until set. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars and serve.
