72 Hot Red Peppers
2 Cloves garlic
2 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Salt
2 c. Vinegar
4 tbsp. Grated Horseradish or Durkee's Dehydrated Horseradish
2 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and mince garlic. Wash peppers and combine with garlic. Place in sauce pan with water, Cover pan and cook until very tender. Press through sieve or blender, add other ingredients to pureed product. Cook until well blended and thickened. Pour into Kerr jars to within 1/2" of top. Put on cap, screw band firmly tight. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
