Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 cup of flower
1 1/2 tsp of seasoning salt
1/2 tsp of seasoning pepper
3 tsp short
2 lb round steak

Sauce:
2 medium size onions cut in rings
1 tbsp or Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
Dash of tyme
1 qt of tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the steak in serving pieces, shake in seasoning and flower and rest of ingredients then fry in oil

For the sauce: mix all ingredients and bring to a boil

Pour sauce over steak
Put in the oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350º
