1 chuck roast 2 inches thick (2 1/2 lbs)
1 bottle of soy sauce (5 oz)
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1/4 cup of Bourbon or Whiskey
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Place the meat in a large shallow non metal dish
Combine all ingredients and pour over meat and cover
Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight, turning meat once
Grill from hot to cool 10-12 minutes on each side for rare
