1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 can (6 oz.) frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt, divided
2 (2 l/2lb. each) chickens, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare glaze, heat oil in a medium saucepan. Add onion and garlic; sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in orange juice, vinegar, honey, Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp. of salt. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle chicken with 1 tsp. of salt. Bake chicken in 375º oven for 30 minutes. Baste with glaze and bake for another 25 to 30 minutes.

Mom made a scribble that said "pineapple". I think you could substitute pineapple juice for the orange juice.
