2 cans Campbell's cream of shrimp soup (secret ingredient)
2 cans of half and half (use the empty Campbell's soup can)
2 tablespoons cream Sherry (more to taste)
2 tablespoons butter ( no substitute )
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/8- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup minced cooked shrimp (more if you want more)

Directions:

Whisk together all ingredients except for the shrimp. Cook slowly over low heat for 15 min. stirring frequently. Add shrimp and continue to cook for 5 min. (I like to add more shrimp)

serve with small piece of toast.

Oh my gosh this is one of the best shrimp bisques I have ever had. You have to try this once! You will love it.

You may want to bump up the cayenne pepper if you like spicy food but I would taste it first, it has a bite. Excellent choice to start a formal dinner and yes goes well with a white wine.
