4 pieces tilapia fillies, 1 box pene pasta , 2 yellow plantain, 1 onion,,,,,,,,,, 1spoon butter, 1 lemon, 2 tbsp of mayo 1 quarter cup of Apple juice ,1 quarte cup of tamarindo , 2cup of oil for frying. Salt and peper ,paprika.

Sprinkle sal and peper to the fish, to sazon, place a skillet on the stove in low , heats, add half a lemon juice , 1 to spoon of butter , 2 spoon apple juice, to simmer and add fish , let that simmer for 1 minutes and add onion let that cook for another 3 to 6 minutes and sprinkle a a pinch of paprika for color.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, in a deep cooking pot add 4 cups of water let that boil with a pinch of sal and a spoon of oil ,, once it boil add you pasta let that cook for 8 minutes or until is artente, drain water for pasta and now we mixed 3 tbsp mayo, 2 tsp of butter butter, and squeeze half a lemon to make a souce, once the souce is done add to the hot pastas slowly to mixed but not to wet ,, sal and pepper to taste. In a skillet add oil let that get headed , piel platanos and cut in into bias slices if the oil is hot place platanos into oil let that cook for atleast 2 minutes each side ,, then ready to assembled asseble plate sample on top ,
