1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 c. finely chopped nuts
4 plain Hershey bars

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low flame (use heavy pot). Add sugar and stir until butter is absorbed by sugar. Turn heat on high and stir constantly until mixture turns light brown. Grease a 9x12 inch pan well, put chopped nuts, about 1 cup on bottom of pan. Pour mixture over them. Place Hershey bars on top and allow them to melt. Then spread and sprinkle rest of the nuts on top. When cold, break into pieces.
