1 tbsp. butter
1/8 cup onion, chopped
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp. mustard
2 shakes wine vinegar
1 shake worcestershire sauce
pepper to taste

Saute onions in butter until transparent. Mix everything, cook at low heat until it thickens.
