150 grams chicken thighs
1 onion
1 tablespoon frozen peas
Seasonings
2 tablespoons soy
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons mirin (sweetened sake)
2 tablespoons sake
1 cup water
rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice chicken (small bite-sized pieces) and onion
2. Boil peas roughly in a pan
3.In another pan add one cup of water, seasoning, chicken and onion and cook by boiling.
4. Turn heat down after boiling and cook for another 2-3 minutes
5. Spread the beaten egg over the onion and meat in the pan.
6. Sprinkle green peas on egg and cook until the egg has hardened.
7. Put hot rice in a bowls and place mixture over the rice.
