2 lbs lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp each dried oregano and cumin
pinch cayenne pepper
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can (19 oz) black beans
1 can (19 oz) red kidney beans
1 cup frozen corn kernels

Directions:

In large Dutch oven over med-high heat, saute ground beef, breaking up with spoon for 5 mins. Add garlic and onion, saute until beef is no longer pink (5 mins). Tilt pan and spoon off fat.

Stir in spices, tomatoes and tomato soup; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer , stirring occasionally for 1 hour. Add black and kidney beans; cover and simmer for 15 mins. Stir in corn, simmer until hot (4 mins).
