1 stick butter/margarine
1 yellow cake mix (dry)
2 c. Mini marshmallows
1 1/2 c. Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. Butterscotch OR peanut butter chips
1c. Chopped nuts (walnuts/pecans/peanuts)
1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a jellyroll pan (9 x 15). Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over butter. Add marshmallows, chips and nuts evenly over the cake mix. Pour sweetened condensed milk over all and bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until toppings are melted and milk is bubbly.
DO NOT OVER-BAKE. Cool completely and cut into squares.
