Crust:
1 pkg. vanilla cake mix
1/3 c. Melted butter/margarine
1 egg

Filling:
1 (8oz pkg) cream cheese softened
1/4 c. Sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 (12 oz) jar apricot preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease a 13 x 19 pan. Combine cake mix, butter and egg; mix with fork until crumbly. Spoon 1 1/2 c. into measuring cup and set aside for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture in bottom of greased pan.

Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg; beat until smooth. Set aside. Spread preserves evenly over hot crust. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over preserves. Sprinkle reserved topping over cream cheese. Bake at 350º for 28-30 minutes or until brow. Chill or freeze before serving. Store in refrigerator.
