1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion,finely chopped
2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water

Sauce:
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c flour
3 tbs, chile powder
1 tbsp. beef flavor bouillon
3 c, water

Directions:
Directions:
Filling; Heat oil in a 10 inch skillet.. Add flour, ad cook stirring constantly for about 2 minutes with a wire whisk. Add chili powder, water and stir until smooth gravy is formed.

Prepare filling. Set aside, In a large skillet, heat about 1/2 inch oil until very hot. Using tongs,fry tortillas one at a time, (12) for a few seconds to soften, turning once. Drain on paper towel. Dip the tortilla in enchilada sauce. Place in baking pan , spoon about 1/4 cup filling along center of tortilla. Roll tortilla completely around filling.

Turn folded side down. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over tortillas. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in preheated oven a 375º until enchiladas are heated thoroughly, about 15 minutes.
