1/2 of 250 g pkg Philly
1.5 cups milk
1 tbsp AP flour
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb spaghetti
1 cup parm, grated

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, combine the cream cheese, 1/4 cup of the milk and the flour. Blend until creamy and then add the remaining milk and continue blending until the mixture is smooth.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring for about one minute, just until softened but not browned. Pour in the mixture from the blender and very slowly bring the sauce to a simmer, stirring frequently. Cook for just 1 or 2 minutes until the sauce is thickened and bubbly. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook pasta and drain. Return to pot and add sauce and parm. Season to taste. Serve immediately.
