6 eggs
400 g. flour
900 ml. mile
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
corn oil to fry
bacon (center cut) 4-5 pieces per serving

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, flour, milk, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl
2. Use a large not too deep non-stick frying pan and place a little oil i the pan and fry the bacon slices until brown
3. Drain the oil from the pan and return the bacon to the pan
4. Put two soup coddles of the mix over the bacon and let it spreads out in the pan
5. When the bottom is brown turn the crepe and brown the other side
6. The Dutch eat the crepe with syrup - try it and enjoy!
