1 yellow or pineapple cake mix, prepared as directed on box and set aside
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 can ready to spread cream cheese frosting
1 container Cool Whip
3/4 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl of prepared cake batter, gently stir in pineapple and then mandarin oranges. Bake as directed at 350º until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cake cool completely. In a small bowl mix frosting and Cool Whip together. Spread mixture over top of cake. Sprinkle coconut over top. Put in refrigerator and chill for a couple of hours. Can also add maraschino cherries or nuts on top.
