1 Sheet puff pastry
51/2 oz. fontina
1 Bunch asparagus
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Roll sheet of pastry out about 1 inch larger. Score the pastry about one inch inside and take a fork and pierce the pastry inside the line. Place on sheet pan, it's better to use a silpat but if not that's fine. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Place grated fontina on top and your asparagus inverting every other one, brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Bake for 20-25 min.

You can substitute Gruyere if you like.
