6 inch flour tortillas
Strawberries
Cinnamon and sugar
Melted butter
Chocolate (preferably Guittard)

Brush tortillas with melted butter, sprinkle with a cinnamon sugar mixture, with a pizza cutter make wedges and bake for 10 minutes at 350 on ungreased sheet pan

Cut strawberries into a nice dice and add 1 tbsp of sugar in the berries to make a syrup

Melt chocolate in double boiler (use microwave if you want, just watch closely.

To put together on a platter kind of stack your cinnamon chips like you would with traditional nachos, spread strawberries on top and drizzle with chocolate.
