3 cups of kale, washed, patted dry and torn in to 2 inch pieces (just the leaves, not the stalk)
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs sesame seeds, lightly toasted
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tbs minced dehydrated onions
2 tbs shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp sea salt

preheat oven to 275º

In a bowl add the kale and drizzle with olive oil, coating evenly

Transfer the kale to a sheet pan. Sprinkle with the remaining ingredients, coating evenly.

Bake for 20 minutes, turn the kale pieces over and bake another 15-20 minutes or until kale is crispy and very lightly browned.
