2 loaves white bread sliced and toasted
100 g. chopped peanuts
100 g. chopped walnuts
2 sliced plantains
100 g. prunes (dried fruit)
100 g. raisins
1 kilogram Piloncillo (Mexican brown sugar)
5 pieces cloves
7 pieces cinnamon sticks
250 g. fresh cheese, cut into small squares
honey
4 pieces or more tortillas (corn tortillas)
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry plantains in butter
2. Boil a liter of water with Piloncillo, cloves, cinnamon for an hour until it becomes a syrup
3. Filter the syrup
4. Grease a baking dish with butter and place in the bottom tortillas and begin alternating layers of bread, cheese, raisins, peanuts, walnuts, prunes, plantains and continue until all the ingredients are gone.
5. Cover with the syrup
6. Cover and put it in a preheated over at 300º for one hour.
7. Enjoy

Tip - add more or less syrup if you want it more moist or drier.
