1 stick of margarine, softened
3 (8 oz.) boxes of Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
2 boxes of frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 small onion, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 can cream style corn
15 drops Tabasco
pinch of salt
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and bake in a greased iron skillet or 9 X 13 baking pan. Bake at 350º for about 40 to 45 minutes until cornbread is firm and browned.
