32 oz. Frozen Hash Browns
2 cans Cream Soup (chicken or celery)
2 pkg. 3 oz. Cream Cheese with Chives
4 tbsp. Butter
Salt
Pepper
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In 9x13 pan place chucks of the butter on the bottom of the pan. Cream two packages of cream cheese until soft. Add soup. Stir in potatoes, salt and pepper. Spread in pan. Top with cheddar cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
